Web3 jun. 2006 · Posted May 31, 2006. The bolt turns because it goes thru some sleeves inside the swingarm. The bolt is most likely corroded to the sleeves which prevents the bolt from coming out. I cut a little at a time, then rotated the bolt/spacer and repeated.
