WebHi, I am trying to allow my Edgerouter Lite to respond to ping requests. I will be using an outside service to monitor ISP connection uptime. I went to Firewall/NAT -> Firewall Policies -> Edit Ruleset on WAN_IN -> Add New Rule, and under Basic I set action: allow, Protocol (choose protocol) icmp, and clicked enable then save. The ERL has 3 ports, so a simple way to segregate the two lans would be to connect one lan physically to each port, then set your firewall rules differently for each port. The rules for the restricted lan could be as specific as you want. (The third port would be for your WAN link, of course.)
